Manufacturing Engineer

e are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production operations, assist with process improvements, and contribute to quality and efficiency initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production teams with troubleshooting, workflow improvements, and basic technical tasks.
- Assist in documenting processes, work instructions, and quality checks.
- Create and update CAD drawings, production layouts, and manufacturing documentation.
- Assist with preparing customer quotations, cost estimates, and manufacturing feasibility reviews.
Help identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Work with senior engineers on small projects, equipment updates, and layout changes.
- Perform basic data entry, reporting, and communication with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working around machinery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering support.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, or basic technical concepts.
- Interest in developing long-term skills in engineering or operations.
